Assaf, I went ahead and reviewed your complaint. On November 12, 2020 you requested a refund for your subscription. You were told by our representative that you had to complete the course to receive the refund per the terms of the money back guarantee. Two hours later you called back in, having completed the course. All of our courses take about two hours to complete. Our customer service representative at that time refunded you for your subscription. I have also at this time refunded you for the other subscription that does not have a requirement per the money back guarantee. Please allow for for 7-14 business days for processing. Raul, Upon review of your complaint, first I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Second, I would like to work with you to resolve this matter, and give you the refund you deserve. I see that on June 10th, we responded letting you know that we would honor the money back guarantee and asked that you respond to let us know that you wanted to still receive the refund. When you emailed back in you did not reply to the response that we gave in regards to your refund, and were replied to by our auto responder asking to fill out a form. I have no record you filling out this form. I also see that we tried to call you at the phone number you provided and were unable to get through to you as well. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. At this time, I have honored the money back guarantee. We don't want any of our subscribers unhappy. Sheldon, Thank you for getting back to us with more information. We're sorry you feel this way. We have tens of thousands of paying subscribers and most of a happy with our services. At the end of the day, we are an education service. Not advisors. We teach traders strategies and we recommend that all traders start with paper trading before investing any money they are willing to lose. There is no magic shield in the stock market. Our traders teach strategies they've refined over the years that work for them (and thousands of their subscribers). But that doesn't mean you're never going to lose with any strategy. We're very transparent with our results, even when our traders lose.Regardless we're gladly here to talk with you and help you get back on the right track.
