"Thank you for your feedback! We are so sorry you feel this way, and totally understand your frustration. It has been a trying time for us all and that’s not to make your situation any less important. You are requesting help, and we as a company are not fully re-established and ready to handle all of our usual tasks at this time. As you can imagine re-opening after what has happened has caused us to have to re-build our past infrastructures and systems which takes time. We have tried and will continue to try and keep up with each customer’s response and let them know we are working through their requests. The reason it is taking time to receive a response or any major update is because I have to run it by my team first to see if we are able to start that specific process, resolve the given issue, or provide customers with a response or update (just to give you an idea). We have to take it one step at a time and give everybody the help they deserve in the order in which they were received. Let’s face it, we know you are stressed and are growing more impatient, but I can assure you as much as you want a result, is not even half of how bad we want to have a resolution. Can I ask that you keep being patient just as you have been? As soon as we get the next steps, we will follow up with you. We have resumed our services and have given our customers an extension on their subscriptions for the time missed due to the law suit, as well as special access to our All Access service.
