I'm in the UK, and Everweb support are in Canada. So already there is the time zone difference. But today I sent a support ticket over to the Tech dept. Within 15 minutes, they had not only emailed me back, but also solved the problem. I've been using Everweb to design and publish websites for over 10 years, and the service is by far the best I've had, of any company in any sector. Unbeatable, knowledgable and very fast. I migrated from iWeb to EverWeb over 10 years ago and have found it fairly easy to use, despite being completely non-technical. The video tutorials are overall very good. The support staff have always been excellent and I'm particularly grateful for their patience. My one suggestion is for the invoices to contain the relevant month as a word, so there is no confusion about due dates. Not all countries use the American format for dates.

Everweb have been absolutely great in every respect. EverWeb saved my website when Apple pulled support for iWeb. I have used it ever since to keep my website up to date and looking great. EverWeb support is terrific. On the few occasions something happened I couldn't solve, I usually got a response the same day with an easy solution. The software is solid and intuitive and the backup, both online and via tech support is first class.
