I bought this at a great markdown/sale price and would buy another at that price. It's and warm and fits well. The fabric seems sturdy. Some people aren't entirely pleased by the lining's thickness, but it's fine as far as I'm concerned. The pockets are handy (so to speak) and deep enough, which is not true of all shirt-jackets.
