So far so good! I opened an account at Radius bank for a newly formed LLC. They were very easy to work with and very quick to open the account. I even did a chat with a rep and she was very pleasant to work with. I've not really done much with the account yet but so far they seem great. Coincidentally I tried opening an account at NBKC for the same LLC - and wow what a joke to try to deal with NBKC. Radius was easier, faster, and a pleasure to open with. Hopefully this is the beginning of a long relationship as I am tired of all the fees I pay at local banks.

Radius Bank now Lendingclub is the absolute worst bank ever. I signed up with them so that I can bill my clients online via autobooks and it doesn't work. Radius says it's autobooks system problem and autobooks says it's Radius system problem. It's a useless account if you can't have clients pay you so it can have funds. I emailed and used the message center to communicate with Ryan from Radius bank customer service he provided no help at all. His main reply "we're working on it with autobooks". He never ever got back to me. I even had Lending Clubs product leader John Marinelli email me and speak with me over the phone. He gave me this long story of how they're sorry for the issues and they'll have it resolved because they care for small businesses. He never ever ever emailed me or spoke to me again. I believe they have deceptive advertisements so you can open and account and then keep the deposit. So I decided to open a new account with Novo and they have been great, clients can pay me online and the money keeps coming in with no issues. I want to thank Novo bank for their support of small businesses.

Just the worst banking experience of all time. I've had this account for about 2 week and already there's been more then a few problems. No one at this company seem motivated or capable of helping me resolve any of these issues. Customer service is poor to say the least. No Supervisor is ever "available" and the best answer you get from the staff is wait or call back later . 7 day holds on simplest $100 dollar transfers ,best of all I've had my debit card for a week now and they still can't help me activate it . Its almost funny how the simplest transactions are to complicated for Radius to handle. This entire experience was just disappointing and a huge waste of time. To anyone who reads this just go to ANY OTHER bank save yourself the hassle.
