Had a question about an online order. Left a message with the company secretary & Zac called back right away & was excellent at answering all my questions. ( I did have a few scratches from shipping the box was smashed at one end, so I’m sure it happened during shipping) ( I would love a small credit or additional discount next order due to the damage, but understand that is not always possible... Amazing customer service. I hadn't heard of RackUp+Go before but was looking for a specific roof cargo box that was sold out everywhere, and they had it in stock. I placed an order for the box on a Monday evening, and on Tuesday morning I got an email from Zac (E-Commerce Manager) saying their website had incorrectly shown the product as in stock when it was actually out of stock. They offered to send me a similar cargo box that was almost $200 more expensive for the price I had paid for the other one! You certainly don't see that kind of customer service every day! On top of all that, I received the box on Wednesday, just two days after I placed the initial order. I was initially a tiny bit skeptical since ALL the reviews for RackUp+Go are 5 stars (makes you think it might be employees, friends, etc. leaving reviews), but I will be purchasing my gear from them for now on and will be telling everyone I know to buy from them.

Great experience. Email communication was on par. Bike rack received in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Price was less than everyone else using Google Shopping. Recommended.

Love the rack! I also picked up the fat tire straps even though the short once just made the connection. My only issue is that one of the tie down knobs came off on the road at some point so I had to jerry rig a strap to get home. A wing nut is doing the trick now. Any chance of getting another one of those gray screw-down knobs?
