My $5000 Eco flow Delta Pro ultra, arrived, damaged, and did not require a signature like it was supposed to. I contacted Rackupgo and they were as shocked as I was. They sent me a return slip and will be ensuring the next shipment is perfect condition and will require a signature upon delivery. Very pleased at how fast they handled my issue.

This makes the fourth time I have ordered from this company. And it certainly would not be the last. I’m very pleased with the fact any questions I have are promptly and intelligently answered. And you just can’t beat the delivery, always sooner than I expect.
