To be honest, I placed my order with Amazon first. However, since they weren't able to provide even an estimated ship date (that's right, it was in stock but when I called a week later they pretty much told me they were just going to ship it whenever they felt like getting around to it) I decided to give RackUP a shot. It was a great experience. I received my order in less than a week from when I placed the order and they communicated well via e-mailed updates. I'd recommend them for sure. Cherry on top, it was cheaper than Amazon's price too! For what it's worth, I'm a real person who was not incentivized for this review.
