After deciding we need more refrigerator/freezer capacity in our RV, I decided to go the route of a refrigerated cooler as opposed to a bigger RV refrigerator, as we get the use of the cooler throughout the year. After many hours of research we decided on the Dometic CFX3-75L. Fortunately, I found RackUp+Go in an internet search. My cooler choice was ON SALE and the price destroyed the competition. After checking the reviews of RackUp +Go and finding them to be mostly 5 stars, I made the purchase and have been thoroughly impressed with the cooler, but especially the service of RackUp+Go. I got the best price anywhere, free shipping and two days later, much to my amazement, it was on my doorstep in Florida. I’m not sure how they pulled that off, but I plan to use them again and see if they can do it again. Great company!

Product came damaged. Contacted Zac who took care of getting me the parts I needed to get it fixed. He followed up all the way to getting me the tracking number. Great customer service. I will need another rack and only place I will buy from. Ordered it and received it the next day!!!! 10 stars!

We recently purchased the Thule Easy Fold Bike Rack from RackUp+Go. I needed some input/guidance on the design for our bikes. Their on line chat worked well, and decided to make the purchase. Rack came in a timely manner and when we discovered that one of the wheel assemblies were broken, they quickly determined the right course of action and submitted a request for replacement part from Thule for us. All the while communicating to us. Great price and their attention operational excellence was appreciated. During a time of product shortages and transportation delays, we were very satisfied. And … the rack itself, it’s great match for our needs.
