The Thule Access was missing the Keys and the wrench for securing the unit to my vehicle. I contacted the Support person Zack and he started working on a solution. After a couple of days I contacted THule direct to ask them how they handle the problem and they shipped me the missing items. I informed Zack that Thule was shipping me the missing items and he credited me for my inconvience.

Great product delivered before it was expected. Some parts were missing from the package from the manufacturer and RackUp+Go overnighted the parts to me. Amazing customer service!
