We are sorry to hear that your account was banned. Light’s Hope, they are very strict with Light’s Hope Gold buy. They do not allow to buy Light’s Hope Gold from the 3rd Party Site. We usually tell our customers about this when they buy and most of those know this. we can't make sure it is 100% safe to buy Warframe Platinum on the 3rd party site, so please consider seriously by yourself to decide to buy or not. Some of the customers still go on buying Warframe Platinum from us even they were banned, because they think it is normal and they would like to take this risk. In order to avoid the unauthorized payment, we usually need to verify if the payment is authorized. We asked you to send us the document to prove the identity, but you refused, so we denied your order and your payment was refunded. Thanks Update: We emailed you for a copy of Driver;s License, but you did not send that, you sent the paypal confirmation which can not prove your identity.
