No contact, no service, just nothing. Money thrown into manhole.

Spent a fairly substantial amount of money with these scammers. Spent 2 hours in a chat queue, then when talked to a representative, they wouldn’t respond for 30 minutes at a time. None of this is hyperbole. Was eventually (literally 4 hours later) given a vague ‘we’ll contact you’ and haven’t heard a word since. Chat experience was terrible, ran phone battery dead waiting on them, and haven’t received order. Don’t do business with these guys. Filing a paypal complaint for a refund since they won’t even respond to requests now.

Scammers, Took money but haven't provided with the service they offer and ignored on their live chat system.

Haven't gotten item in 3 days. Never answers emails or customer support chat. This site is a scam.

I've been scammed and have been ran the same story 4 times now by the instant chat representatives. I paid for 40 coins on Warmane and have yet to receive anything. I, then, decided to ask them for a refund since they couldn't deliver in a reasonable time. I was told that they couldn't do that. It has been 4 days now. They've lied and I have screenshots for proof of every conversation with every single different chat representative. I also have the emails with my information that I sent when asked showing that I followed given directions every single time. I also have proof of not receiving any amount of coins on my account. I'm currently filing a dispute with you guys through PayPal in order to get my money back. This site is completely unprofessional and blatantly lied to a possible long-time consumer.

I placed an order for 250 chaos orbs at 5:30 cst on june 29th 2018. I waited for 4 hours in game while also trying to get ahold of customer support. everytime i would get to around #6 in the queue the customer service window would disconnect and tell me to reconnect placing me even further back in the line. at around 12:00 am i recieved an email from them stated i didnt get my currency because i wasnt online.. This is highly unacceptable by the company. What kind of service are you running here?

12 hours after being told "the supplier is still resting", my money is refunded and i am told to wait "about 2 weeks" because they have no felmyst supplier. Poor live chat support and disingenuous advertisement claims.

I just had one simple question and all I got was very unhelpful answers.
