Placed an order and never received it nor did I ever received a response to emails requesting info about it. Qunol does continue to send me ads and request for surveys. I'll never do business with them again.

Placed an order online Friday 8/25/23. I received an email confirmation and side about 14 days delivery time due to high demand. Realizing that won't work I sent an email on 27th and again 28th twice asking for a response and confirmation order was canceled. The 29th I'm told it was shipped. Guess not so much high demand. Cancel was the magic word

Terribly disapointed by Quonol / Quten Research Institute as a company and their customer service. I tried to reach out multiple times over the course of 2 months to sort out some delivery issues / double charges and nobody got back to me, I never got my money back. I tried all channels you can reach them on, but nothing. I don't think the product is good, based on the company's values towards their customers.
