Predatory practices, bait and switch
I bought the Anatomy of Automation course from the owner of OMB office and Quitting Corporate because I trusted them. When I realized the content was shallow, disorganized, and absolutely not worth the price, I reached out to request a refund. Instead of honoring the refund policy (a policy she has since removed but I have screenshots and it’s clearly visible on the way back machine), she repeatedly stalled emailing me over and over to ask why, even after I explained my reasons clearly. Every time I answered, she just asked again. It felt like a runaround designed to make me give up. The course itself is not what it claims to be. It’s mostly surface-level videos and vague commentary with no real system for building an automation business. No depth, no structure, no results, just a heavily marketed info product that doesn’t deliver. Worst of all, the refund policy was nothing more than a sales tactic. She refused to honor it and wasted my time with circular emails instead. This was a bait-and-switch, and I don’t want others to fall for it. Avoid this course if you’re serious about learning automation. Since getting ripped off from this creator I’ve found about a women who feel the same way annd had the same experience and we are going to pursue legal action with our combined evidence unless we are all refunded.
