Quit Sure is using truly a different way and approach to quit smoking. I like the programme as it is teaching you and showing you about the mental associations that you have made with the smoking and takes you through a whole journey making you to understand and making it easy to realise that you and your brain have been hacked by the nicotine addiction, by the media and being brainwashed. It has a lot of tools and resources, I really liked the journaling part as makes you aware. Also the part of smoking mindfully it is really powerful as makes you realise that it is nothing good or nice about smoking. I am smoke free for 10 days now and it gets easier each day, I dont get as many cravings now as I was having in first few days, and I feel really empowered. Also the post success smoking days and tips are really helpful as keeps you motivated and doesn't let you to slip back. Thank you Quit Sure .

I thought quitting tobacco was a impossible task for me...I was almost a slave of nicotine ....but quitting it in such an easy way without any medicatio...any test of will power ..is exceptional...great app...hats off to the devlopers..

I had been a smoker for approximately 27 years until roughly a week prior. I never truly had faith in the application before commencing its use, yet it entirely reshaped my viewpoint from the very first day, and by day six, I am a non-smoker. I honestly never imagined I would become a non-smoker at any point, but here I am, free from tobacco.
