The experience was made great by the Quitsure coaches who always replied to my queries timely and with great care. Service of this quality is unheard of at this price range (that of a few packs of cigarettes). Furthermore, the course itself made the experience of quitting smoking very easy for me. Other apps just tell you how much time has elapsed since you last smoked, and tell you about the good things that are happening in your body because of it. This, for me and most people, is counterproductive as it causes cravings. The beauty of this program is that it opens our eyes. We see the stuff for what it actually is. (I promise, there is no spiritual hokey-pokey here. It's just that I can't reveal the actual details here.) That makes us want to quit smoking even if there was no risk of lung cancer or any other disease. Leaving something out of fear(while you still love it), and leaving something by choice (because you are no longer attracted towards it) , are two different things. Needless to say which transition is the easier of the two.
