This company has the best costumer service I have EVER experienced. As a new rider I had 101 questions regarding fit and visor changes and not only were they very quick to answer but also very helpful and patient. The product feels and wears like a high quality item, sound is great no static and very clear connection. I would highly recommend for those looking for seamless Bluetooth integration and peace of mind for your loved ones.

Working with Hannah and the team was a true delight. I was kept informed as to the release of the Quest and notified the day preorder was offered to me as well as the public. I hope the fit guide is as true as all state, I went exactly as directed. Now I have to have the patience waiting the arrival of my helmet. Fingers crossed and sitting patiently.

Great look and quality- Love the Bluetooth-so easy. Sizing is a little snug- Quick shipping!

I received the McQ in medium, tried it and it was too small, so I sent it back for a Large which fits perfectly. The return process was quick and easy. Looks like a great quality helmet, the Bluetooth integration works as advertised with great sound quality. I have not (and hope not to) tested the accident alerting, but setting it up in the app was easy.

I’m so happy with my Ghost carbon helmet. It is so much lighter than my AGV K5- and all that needs to be said is that no one from AGV called me when I bounced my head off the pavement. Someone from Quin dispatched the police when my helmet detected a crash! This helmet is the meeting point between the most cutting edge technology and an good old fashioned customer service.
