I sent my measurements and was honestly nervous, but the fit was amazing. The waist and length were exactly right. I didn't need any alterations.

I fell in love with a dress on the Quilanor website and couldn't wait to get it! I was so disappointed in the actual product. I'm assuming the material is supposed to be jaquard, but its so thick its awkward to move it. The dress online is pale pink with some flowers in pink. Nothing bold, almost like watercolors. The actual material is shiny with shiny/metallic roses. It's more than just a bad picture. It's so different in person, it's obvious that they altered the picture. I looked into returning it, but you have to email the company your info and if they approve, they will give you the info to send it back (at your own cost) and then they will give you a store credit. Not a refund, a credit. I dont want anything else for them so it looks like I'm out $140 for a tacky dress that will be donated. So disappointed!

I was skeptical at first — I’d never heard of Quilanor before. But I’m SO glad I gave it a shot. The size chart was easy to follow, the dress fit like it was made for me, and the packaging was lovely too. This is my third order!

Quilanor absolutely nailed the fit. I'm 5'1" and curvy, and every time I order online it’s a gamble. But this one? Custom to my height — for free! The fabric feels premium and the modest design is still super flattering. Already got compliments at church and brunch.

Yo compré un vestido en 12 febrero con fecha de entrega en 15 días después llegó en marzo 15 y no me sirvió lo regresé y me dijeron que no me reembolsarían el dinero porque supuestamente era hecho a la medida y después me dijeron que lo regresarían y aún es la fecha que no ha llegado. I ordered a dress which arrived totally different than described on the website and when I reached out to the customer service that same week to return the item. they responded only 4 weeks later and then wouldn't give me my return after they had delayed the response and now it was after 30 days which they claimed was after the return date. Even though I had reached out the same week it was delivered. I was very disappointed and will not shop here again

I ordered a dress from Quilanor and when it did not arrive, I tried to contact the company to find that they do not have a listed address or phone number and can only be messaged through their webpage. Over the course of 2 months, I messaged 8+ times to try to resolve the issue and query the company about whether the item was lost in the mail. After a lot of hassle on my part, the item finally arrived after 8 weeks. I no longer needed the item at that point and asked to return the item for a refund and was denied. The company took no responsibility for the poor service and unacceptable delay (8 weeks!) and all of my time that was wasted trying to contact the company and get someone to resolve the issue. If Quilanor wants to resolve the issue for me and provide a refund in exchange for me removing this review, the order # is 42409.
