As stated in the terms, we have the right to request for information when we think something is suspicious and need clarification. As soon as you will send us the information, we will be more then happy to reopen your account. We had been around for 20 years and those that really do live in USA, should not have issues doing our confirmation process.

I am very sorry, but as stated in the terms, we prohibit use of VPN/proxy. We also prohibit multiple accounts. If you think we made a mistake, you can email us and we can look into it and will require proof of identification.

Hi, I really wish you would have emailed our customer service before giving us a 1 star review. Most surveys don't credit right away. Some are instant, some take a few hours and some next day. I am very sorry that you feel this way, but as stated clearly on the site and the terms that you read when you registered we only allow residents of US and CA to participate only.
