Erica Louis rocks
Erica saved me from playing hardball Honestly, I was looking for relief and didn't get any help from national funding (parent company) or qb themselves. I finally was lucky enough to talk with erica and the relationship is great! We are talking it 4 weeks at a time. I get it, they need their money..but erica is a human and can definitely help us get to the next spot. I'm 100 percent certain that qb will make more because of erica

Just wanted to say Erica Louis has been a great during this time for me. I was having problems keeping up my payments during this Covid-19. I appreciate her prompt service and response to all my needs. I would recommend her highly. Thank you Erica!! She is the best!!!

Erica Is Outstanding
Erica was absolutely fantastic to deal with. I explained to her what my situation was. She was extremely helpful, and took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. She corrected a problem for me, and got back to me with answers very quickly (impressive). Because of her, she has made dealing with a financial institution the best experience I have ever encountered. Thanks Erica!!

I contacted our QuickBridge rep Erica…
I contacted our QuickBridge rep Erica Louis yesterday regarding the coronavirus and the effect that it is having on our small business. Within minutes she responded with a solid answer and directed me accurately. We were able to come up with a solution through customer service department. Across the board the QuickBridge team was prompt and efficient. I can't say enough on how well this situation was handled.
