Quest MindshareReviews of questmindshare.com

Whenever I see a survey from them on Survey Junkie or HeyCash, I just close it. They never work to completion. I just joined Rewardia and had a survey from Quest Mindshare come up, so I attempted it just to see what it would do. Same thing as the other sites, screened me out after answering about 10 questions. It really makes me wonder what the point of these surveys sites including surveys from them is. The only conclusion I can come to is Quest Mindshare is benefiting from our answers and just doesn't want to report it as a successful completion so they can get it for free. Shady company.

Took a long music survey. Was told I would be paid 4-6 weeks later. It’s been almost 2 months and I haven’t received anything. I’ve been back and forth with support which I suspect is AI. Avoid this company.

Will not pay for completed surveys. Stay away.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM....Do not work with these clowns.

I would give them a negative 10 stars if I could, I took a 2 hour music survey and I haven't been compensated. They don't respond to the email it's just a generic reply if you see a survey from them just skip it don't waste your time.

One of the worst. They ask you a dozen questions before sending you to another qualifying survey. Almost every time you'll be screened out, sometimes at the end of the survey so they don't have to pay you or the platform. Stay away.

horrible experience. do not waste your time. they don’t pay and they don’t disclose important info upfront! on 3/28, I completed a 2 hour music survey under the impression i would get my payment as soon as i completed it, because they did not say otherwise prior to me wasting my time completing it. well, after completing the survey, i got a msg that said it will take 4-6 weeks to receive my payment via paypal! that in and of itself had me livid!!! i emailed them several times and got generic answers expressing my frustration and concern. i waited the 6 weeks, and STILL nothing. i completed this survey on 3/28, and its now 5/10! after getting false reassurance between 3/28 to current, i still have not gotten paid. i’ve confirmed my paypal with them already, so it’s not an issue on my end. up next is the BBB!
