Tried twice but unable to schedule an online appointment at PSL's Goldtree Lane facility. Went as a "drop in" at 9:15 am. Waiting room jad 18 people waiting with two standing for lack of seats. Checked in. Four hours later caught lady at door saying I was 86 and why no walk ins were called. Even those with appointments had to wait an hour or more. . They often had only two clinicians doing the testing. I told lady I had no car , came by Lyft, and wanted to get it done that day. She said I probably won't get in that day. So I fired QD and left. Talk about disregard and contempt for their customers!

Worst lab ever! I am a cash pay customer. Before my appointment I received an estimate for basic routine labs which was quoted at $324. I received my bill yesterday for $611. I called and the billing department would not listen to me, assist in any way or lower my bill. Basically I was told that I had 45 days to pay or my credit score would be affected. Terrible, lying company, misleading. I will never use this lab again or recommend to my patients.

Obviously your quest labs are understaffed. The patients are treated as necessary evils. I have type 1 diabetes and when getting my labs I have to be fasting. GD forbid if I didn’t make an appointment a week or 2 ahead of time I have to wait to be seen as a walk in. The staff merely do their jobs and refuse to attempt to help regardless of my BG dropping.

If we could give them zero stars, I would their billing policies and lack of follow up from their billing department is atrocious. They don’t care about customers they don’t care about responding to customers and I would recommend that anyone that could find another lab that they should run there as fast as they can away from quest because they will be very upset with the billing and the customer service that they receive. A shameful business who could care less about customers and patient, but only about a dollar.

Lab 1 does not provide the verification of time and date after paying and scheduling. If there is a problem you will not know until after your appt time has passed. I scheduled from the Quest website. They should remove this if it is not really available. If no one shows up and there is a charge this puts the consumer in the tedious position of contesting the collection fee. The worst is if you needed the test and do not know if anyone will show up or not. Number too busy and out of room so who knows? Nobody apparently.

The worst place on earth to work the workers are disrespectful to the clients the supervisors are not in reality of what’s going on all the workers are very ghetto and the lab stinks, and very dirty. All of quest sites are nasty except for the ones that in professional buildings do not trust not one supervisor or group Lead they are all liars and making no money and haters

Wait time at this location is unacceptable.

I picked up a specimen kit yesterday. All I had to do this morning was drop off the specimen. One would think that would be easy. No! I had to sign in as a walk-in and wait an hour to be fit in among the appointments. Just to hand them a bag. I should have made an appointment to do this, but who would have thought an appointment was needed to just drop off a specimen? I’m extremely irritated with this policy.
