I had my insurance card at time of testing. I asked what my cost would be and I paid the $25. A month later I got a bill for over $600. They are unprofessional and full of crap. Than tge customer service person, couldn't understand why I wanted it fixed. She said you weren't charged don't worry. I received a bill, they want money???

Terrible service and terrible staff. The machine allowed for a walk in and even the website said they would accept walk-ins. A very rude nurse came out and asked for my name and then told me off that they don’t accept walk-ins. She had no reason to be rude and disrespectful and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this location for the terrible staff that work here. This was the Royal Palm beach location, at 125 s state road 7. People like that should be fired for their terrible customer service. If I could I’d give her zero stars.

Worst place

Worst experience ever, after 10 days of withdrawing blood they said we cant find it , then after insisting on getting result and this is need to be more quicker they lied about the time abd slacking, they dont care about anything or anyone

After years of being billed for charges covered by my insurance and sent to collection agencies.. I have absolutely had enough.. fortunately my doctors office has recommended a lab that I am switching to.. when you call to resolve your issues..you are forwarded to someone that speaks Chinese and only seems to understand the phrase “give me your credit card number”.. total sham.. they nearly monopolize the market where I live..thank God it’s over .. good riddance to Quest

Quest Diagnostics had my appointment at Costa Mesa office arrived 15 minutes early and checked in with the option to stay outside the office. When my appointment passed, I went inside and looked at the monitor and my name was not there so I asked to see what happened They said that she called my name 5 times but that I didn’t answer. I told her I was sitting outside of the office because that’s the option I selected when I checked in and told her nobody called my name from outside. She told me my name was taken off the list and I needed to sign in as standby and if I don’t like it, I can go somewhere else. I asked for the manager and it looked like there was no manager in the office at that time. This was very bad customer service and staff attitude was uncalled for. It’s sad to run a business like this. Bad Company

Quest diagnostics has a crooked billing system- never give them your credit card and if they are billing your insurance directly, this company will charge you. Full price if you have insurance because they cannot successfully bill your insurance and they will lie about it so when I called them out and sent a complaint to the Better business bureau the company was caught in the act and my bills eventually just disappeared from their billing web site. But they have Ben scamming the patients for Years. Use LabCorp they are honest and charge $3 for a blood test instead of $600 That quest charges for the same test on my same insurance....the more you know!

I tried to make an appointment never could get a real person. All it was was a computer. So the next morning I went there at 7:10 in the morning. I did not get waited on until 9:50 AM. No bathroom in the waiting room no one to help you with questions to see if your doctor had called in an order. When I finally got to the back and got my bloodwork done coming out, I seen a sticky trap on the chair and it was full of roaches. Disgusting. I would never use this place again sturdy nasty, and there is no help and they really act like they don’t care .
