Had an appt to have blood drawn-3 different orders. They "forgot" to do one of them. When I realized they only did 2 I called they admitted they forgot and then I couldn't get an appt to have it done. So happy my insurance no longer requires me to use them. Terrible customer service-how do you forget to draw blood at a lab?????

Horrible with no customer support and billing issues that never corrected. I will never ever use this service again as they never filed with my insurance and put my balance in collections.

Last time I came from my doctors office across the street and had to wait an hour and a half. This time I made sure I did the appointment online. Arrived 5 minutes early and same problem. No appointment scheduled. Last time I’m coming here

I have great insurance and I am a physician. I went to quest diagnostic labs twice in two days and both times were a disaster. Saturday 1/27/24 I went to Quest lab 455 Delaware Ave Buffalo as a walk in. They closed at 11 and I arrive before 9. There were 4 walk in ahead of me. At 10 AM they informed the room that they were not going to take the waiting walk ins. I was number 2 on list at that time. While I was waiting I made an appointment at there 300 Niagara Street location for Monday 1/29/24 for 8:40 AM. I arrived at 8:15 AM and there was one other person in the waiting room. I attempted to sign in through the keypad and I was notified that I didn’t have an appointment. I spoke with one of the employees and showed her the picture of my appointment. She stated that my appointment wasn’t confirmed and the next appointment was at 1:00 PM. She didn’t attempt to try to see if she could fit me in. I left and went to another business. It is clear to me that Quest Diagnostics doesn’t want my business or my money.

My daughter has three active insurance policies. Her specialist doctor called in orders for lab work. When I got to the lab they confirmed that they had all three insurance policies on file and had me confirmed they were in the right order. Fast forward a few weeks I get a bill saying it I owed several hundred dollars. I called and they only had build one insurance... And not even the right one. The one they billed is a secondary and would not pay as a primary. I gave them the information again over phone and also sent an email with the information. They have since sent five bills telling me that I owe this money and they are still not billing the correct insurance. I have now turned this over to the AG for consumer rights.

Absolutely horrible service. They cancelled us all and threw us out in the snow to rebook appointments by ourselves. They have everyone’s phone numbers but didn’t bother calling any of us to let us know the facility is closed

Grabbed my funds and never arrived for the at-home sampling. They cancelled my appointment after the appointment time with no instructions on refund
