After I told the staff who my insurance carrier is, they did not bother to tell me that Quest is out of network in my state. They had to know. Every teacher in my town has this same carrier. When I spoke to my insurance carrier, I was told that Quest would often offer discounts in cases like mine. Apparently, they pick and choose to whom they offer discounts. Nothing for me. I got bloodwork done in Georgia to avoid spending an extra night in Florida, but a hotel stay would have cost less. Horrible, uncaring company!

I'm surprised anyone would give this company more then 1 star. Frankly, I don't know why they are allowed to operate, at all. They made me sign an ABN then when a simple coding error occurred and Medicare need more info. Instead of helping the provider and me, they charged my credit card $309, archived their file so that their agents couldn't see or discuss the billing. It took us over a year to get the correct information to Medicare and have my several appeals approved. Medicare paid Quest back in December, I sent them proof of my payment and Medicare's approval but have herd nothing from them since the beginning of April. There is no phone number for the department that handles this and knowone in Quest seems to be able to help, I went to the Attorney General's office and they wrote to Quest but still nothing! I was told I had to get a lawyer to get my $309 back! Better Business Bureau told me they have over 1,000 complaints and Quest only responded to 10% of them. Run from this company if you have any other options and don't ever sign an ABN!!!

Quest 2151 45th St Suite 301 West Palm Beach, FL 33407 Signed into the kiosk as a walk in. Rep came out to assist walk ins by making them an appt. I explained that the offered apt time did not work for me and I’d rather wait as a walk in. Confirmed with rep that I would be taken as next available. Rep stated yes. Several minutes later I noticed my name was taken off the standby list without being notified by staff. Asked to speak with a supervisor who stated “we don’t take walk ins here”. Supervisors name is Antionette. Completely unprofessional and as a nurse and a patient this is unacceptable. They were going to have me waiting in the waiting room without telling me.

If using a credit card, do not use the online payment system. You are not told until the end of the transaction that there will be an additional "delivery" charge for the online transaction. In my case Quest wanted another $20.00 which is outrageous. If you call the billing number on the invoice instead, and use the automated phone system, there is no charge for using a credit card. The practice of charging an additional "delivery" charge for an online transaction that should occur immediately is outrageous and another way to overcharge consumers. I plan to report this as an unethical business practice/.

Quest diagnostic website is the worst ever to make an appointment. You pick the location and nothing happens. I hate this place.

They've sent me two bills within the last month trying to charge me $1000+ for an rsv test my son had back in Jan. They used the wrong insurance but whenever I try to contact them, they always send me an email telling them to give them the right insurance but tell me not to reply to the email. So there's no way for them to even get the correct insurance. Scam of a company.

Terrible team in Quest Lab in Trinity (10710 SR-54 E New Port Richey, FL 34655) They work without any interest to be in that place, they have a standby list that they never call anyone from there even when the people with appointments don’t show up. I had in others Quest Lab that the people are amazing like the team in Oldsmar ( Tampa city) but I will never go again to meet the people that work in Trinity lab

I scheduled an appointment for 310pm. Arrived at 250 was informed they didn't have the forms from my doctor and their fax was broke. Left and got forms from doctors office arrived back at quest at 309pm. Waited an hour and just left. The entire Healthcare system is a joke.
