Quest is AWFUL!! It is the preferred Tricare diagnostic company. It is impossible to speak with a person, the website is terrible. When you go to make an appointment online or on the phone, there is no way to enter what kind of test you want done, no way to ask a question... The experience was so frustrating I though I'd die of a stress heart attack. Oh, Lord. The WORST of The WORST!!

Waiting on results of certain lab work taking unreasonably longer than standard industry competitors. Inexcusable customer service black hole. This company use to be very very good but like so many other organizations they got greedy bought expansions into it and are now unable to handle even the basic servicing

Horrible. The guy who drew my blood was so busy talking he gave me the worst hematoma ever measuring 3 inches. The only time I ever had a problem was at another Quest Lab where the same guy gave me hematoma's twice. Refused him after that. How come this doesn't happen anywhere else. The 25 minute wait was not great either.

I went to my scheduled appointment and their computers were down. Without a physical script my bloodwork couldn't be completed. This was vital bloodwork. No warning. No reach out. Nothing. Lab Corp from now on.

Stay away!!! When patients are late they send you home but they’re ALWAYS late to see patients. There’s nobody at the FD to help out, waiting room is packed and a zoo!! HORRIBLE place, disorganized, not clean and horrendous customer service! You should close down!!

It felt like they were more interested in rushing through the process than addressing my concerns. Overall, my visit to Quest Diagnostics was marked by frustration and disappointment. I hope they take steps to improve their pricing transparency and customer service, as everyone deserves access to affordable healthcare without unnecessary stress."

Impossible to contact a real person. Walk-ins are nonexistent, appointments only no one at the desk. Finally talked to one Technician when he came out for a patient. Bad attitude didn't have time for questions or answers. Garfield, La Mesa

Went to their office in North Hollywood CA for a blood draw. I had an appointment, so I was in and out in no time. But I took off my hoodie so they could take blood and I left it on the chair. I realized my mistake that night, so I called and got the usual "press one to schedule an appointment, press two to hear results" etc. No option to actually SPEAK to anybody. I called back and chose the "I'm a Doctor" option, which gave me the option of leaving a message. Then I emailed the company. I got an automated reply telling me to call a customer service number. Of course, THAT ALSO, gave me no option of talking to a person. You may wonder why I don't just drive over there. Well, I now live 150 miles away from my doctors, so I group all my appointments together. My next trip is two weeks from now. To make matters worse, my earbuds are in the pocket of the hoodie. I guess I'm just screwed. THANKS QUEST for treating patients like cattle...cash cows. Your lack of compassion shows in your lack of communication.
