Quest Labs is not interested in hearing from Patients about legitimate problems. They are aggressive and take no responsibility for their under handedness. All they care about is getting paid as much as possible for their services by taking advantage of their patients, with no access to actually solving a billing problem. I have been a patient of quest for years. I had been billed $140 for a set of labs twice a year from my doctors office for some time. June 3 I received the lab results for a WOMAN, alarmingly high estrodial and alarmingly low Testosterone for a male. I am a 69 year old male. I asked my Doc about it and he said his office had been having problems with results getting mixed up at Quest. He me I would not have to pay for either the Results for June 3 OR the corrected results for June June 15, 2023. My insurance chose not to pay what had been about $140 to Quest in the past for direct billing to the Doctor. Then billed me $697.67. Multiple times, I tried called their customer service number for billing and continually was a connected with a super aggressive telephone sales person to buy an emergency medical device who had no interest in helping me solve the problem. I eventually write Quest Billing a formal letter explaining the situation and sent a check for $200 just to get them off my back. Which is more than my doc’s office had been billing me direct for the same service. Quest has continue to try to collect the full payment with ZERO attempt to problem solve. This is a terrible company to work with. My Doctor in Bellevue Washington, who was a million dollar annual + client for Quest, transferred all of his lab work to Lab Corp. Lab Corp is easy to reach and responsive to patient concerns. STAY AWAY FROM THE PREDATORY LAB WORK BUSINESS OF QUEST!!

Avoid Quest Diagnostics on Jenny Lind in Ft Smith AR. Angela, the sole phlebotomist, is rude and sadistic. I went in and said, So. how is your morning going?" By way of reply I got "Sit down in that chair!" The needle didn't hurt going in, but she pushed down when extracting it. It felt like a wasp stinging me, and my arm from my elbow down hurt for 30 minutes. The pain is atypical (I've been going there for 12 years), but Angela's attitude is not. I've had it. No more.

Incomplete home test kit!, no way to contact a person. ZERO stars. Why do doctors use this company????

Hideous all around. Can never get a help of a human, and their automated system is faulty - not reliable nor accurate. They deserve zero stars and need to be investigated.

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at Quest Diagnostics. I originally had an appointment, but for some reason, their system didn't register it, forcing me to do a walk-in. Despite this inconvenience, I waited over 2 hours without being attended to. When I politely asked the staff about the delay, they rudely responded that the wait could be 3 to 4 hours or more, showing no interest in helping me. Additionally, I noticed that other customers were also very upset. Some had scheduled appointments but were still not called 40 minutes past their appointment time. There seemed to be serious issues with their system as several customers complained that their appointments were not recorded properly, including myself, which is why I had to do a walk-in in the first place. The service was terrible, and the customer service was very poor. I would not recommend this place at all due to their lack of professionalism and poor management of time and appointments. If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would.

Completely incompetent. Sent me to a facility that did not do the testing they said it did.

Normally I'm OK with Quest. When I'm not able to book an appointment in advance I go as a "walk-in" which I did today. In the past I've waited anywhere from 35 minutes to 75 minutes but today, 2 hours and 32 minutes! I did not complain or take issue with anyone and at the 2:32 mark when a nurse came out to call the next patient I said to her that two and a half hours was my limit and she can remove me from the list. It was her response that irk'd me as in a very obtuse way said ok and almost looked past me as if to say, or at least the way I read it, "I can care less if you're canceling and don't care how long you've been waiting" again, it's just the way that I felt. No, "sorry it's taken so long" or "let me check to see how much longer", nothing! So I asked her "do you know my name" as how would you remove me from the list so she annoyingly replied "what's your last name" which I informed her but she didn't look on the list or write it down, nothing. So my advice, book an appointment two weeks before you need to go in! I will say there was another nurse/receptionist prior to that interaction that was nice, pleasant and apologized for the wait but that last interaction just got to me especially after waiting 2:32!

Terrible! Made an appointment and luckily took a screen shot of the approved appointment. Didn’t matter. Nothing in their system had me on their appointment list. Logging in to their website and it keeps telling me to log on. Make an account. I did that. No appointment scheduled. Log in to schedule an appointment. I AM ALREADY LOGGED IN!! Their website is trash. The diagnostics center had one whole person in it. Grumpy. Rude. Sounded very u knowledgeable which isn’t comforting for someone taking my lab work. Don’t come here. Just. Don’t.
