Customer service number is a 20 minute wait to talk with someone who has no patience or time to do their job,if you ask to talk with another person…you’ll be put on hold for another 20+ minutes and still get no where.luckily my lab site in midwest city Oklahoma is a good location with good techs who get you in and out quickly and are not as rude as the customer support line.you guys suck just like the rest of the medical field….quit your job if it’s that bad.thanks for nothing.

40 minutes behind on appointments, small waiting room jammed w sick people, no one available tohelp older customers. Not again

I am not impressed with Quest Diagnostics since they took over from Lab Care. My doctor has a standing lab order for me to get a basic bloodwork done, every 3 months. In March of this year, he faxed a new standing lab order to them. I went in and had that one done. Yesterday, I went back to Quest Diagnostics, and they had no record of a standing lab order from my doctor. The technician said QD (Quest Diagnostics) only keeps standing orders 6 mos! Well, it had only been since March so the standing lab order should have still been in their system! Another source of irritation is the fact that you cannot call them to make sure they have a current lab order on file. You have to personally drive to their office! I went there yesterday and today and they still cannot find it. This was after I called my doctor’s office and asked them to fax it to QD. I have decided I will not waste a 3rd trip, driving to Quest Diagnostics. I will be seeing my doctor at the end of this month. At that time, I will get a handwritten lab order and keep it on me each time I go to QD.

My mother Esmat Gerami is a 93 year old patient. The lady at Quest on Safeway located at 2505 San Ramon Valley Blvd, Danville is extremely rood, not cooperative and careless. I have seen her treating other patients and it happened to me couple of times. One time 10 minutes before closing she locked the door and said she cannot take us even we had an appointment and we were there on time. Today there was some problem with the system and they couldn’t find our appointment code. She asked us to register as walk in. I did that and walk in screen said it might take half an hour to one hour. She carelessly after she took care of the patient before us closed up and said I have to go to lunch and I cannot take you. (12:20). I begged her let me sit here until you you come back from your lunch. She through us out.

This is the worst Lab 41 St Miami Beach 33140 ! Bad maniers nobody at front desk . I had an appointment they didnt receive the prescription and I had to wait one hour . a woman attend me the name was Jenny and she was very rude and unprofessional the worst costomer service than I was scare to give her my arm vens for blood test . Never again in this office . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE .

I called customer support to go through the validation procedure. And since English is not my native language, I struggled to spell my email correctly. In response, your representative mumbled "Jesus Christ," and when I confronted them by saying, "My native language is not English; I do not get why you would be so impatient," they doubled down and gaslighted me by saying, "I am not impatient; I am just trying to help you."

I held online 20 minutes with Quest customer service hearing the same message repeated. I finally gave up. Awful!

I would say they can’t get any worse but I am positive this company will figure out ingenious ways to make their customers and their staff suffer even more. Every year the company’s answer is to close more locations, cut staff, and schedule more appointments then can be physically performed in a short day. Find a different company or check and see if your doctor’s office can do blood labs. This is nothing but a waste of people’s time and a money making scam for Quest’s executives and their board.
