I have multiple issues with quest. They are understaffed and unprofessional in person, so I started using their in-home service. The first time it went great. Currently I have been unable to find the in-home service again because I believe that their website and phone app have a bad link. Since quest only has one phone number, I have tried several days and there is a over 20 minute wait. When I finally got someone on the line they connected me to an outside company who told me they were forwarding calls unknowingly to the wrong place and they apologized that they couldn't help me either. I did find one number, 8446981022, which I have found to be extremely helpful. By going this route, when I have the time, I was able to request a call back. I can't believe I have to go through all of this.

Quest Diagnostics is the absolute worst. No one to check you in. Technology does not work. Rude staff. Uncaring bureaucracy at its worst. No wonder so many people do not follow up to have their blood work done. It is an absolutely miserable process in an entirely uncaring environment.

Quest has to be doing very badly with the number of times they all per day (4-6) even though I block them. If they are as obnoxious as this after being told repeatedly not to call I would be very worried about using their services which are probably equally as bad.

It has been more than 2 weeks since my lab draw, and the results are still outstanding. This is unacceptable. The labs done a few months prior also took a few weeks to get back. I heard Quest got bought out and is also short-staffed, so I wonder if this is contributing to the slow turnaround time?

Run, hide, don't go here...the absolute worst business in America. Always long lines, appointment times are never close to on time, understaffed, uncaring, dismissive, arrogant. The CEO needs to be fired and someone new needs to come in and make some changes. Hire more staff, train better managers. I request that everyone here who has had similar miserable experiences call their insurer and tell them to not use Quest!!!!

Quest Diagnostics is the worst lab I have ever encountered. The phone customer service is terrible, with very long wait times. When an operator finally answers, they often say it’s the wrong line and transfer me again (this happened four times, with over an hour of waiting). Additionally, they made 13 charges to my credit card for the same test. Since the test was for my mother and the credit card is in my name, they refused to conduct the test for her. They are thieves and highly unprofessional.

I am a doctor. I ordered myself routine lab work. I scheduled an appointment, with both the appointment confirmation code and the order confirmation number. I have been to two separate quest facilities over the course of two weeks, talked to at least 20 people, and no one could ensure the order was received by either facility. No one could provide guidance on why none of my information was available at either appointment or how I could go about actually getting the lab work done. I finally, after talking to another 10 people, opted for a refund (they offer only partial refunds) because the amount of hassle for basic testing is not worth it. I will never send another patient to Quest and I will never go there again myself. I will stick with LabCorp in the future. -0/10 for customer service.

Where to begin? My appointment at the Citrus Tower branch was at 12:10 pm with a fasting order. It was the earliest appointment they had and it's just a waiting room without windows or a receptionist so you have to have an appointment. After 50 minutes, they played an ad on the tv saying to get an appointment so you won't have to wait. I laughed out loud. After exactly an hour (1:10pm ) I got a text saying to come on in to the waiting room and I would be called shortly. Inside the tech couldn't get the computer to work. Meanwhile I was weak from skipping breakfast AND lunch, and also had to go to the bathroom but still had to wait because I also had a urinalysis script. The tech took my blood and set the name labels NEXT to the samples without immediately installing them. Then left the room for a coupe of minutes, leaving me with several other people's urine and blood samples right next to me. A prankster or sociopath could have contaminated the samples by pouring them into each other EASY. The worst part is that they LOST my order. When I went in to see my doctor for the follow-up, it turned out that Quest lost my sample. Wow, I wonder why. They probably forgot to label a few samples and then threw them in the trash because they didn't know which they went to. What kind of place are they running? I HATE giving blood, but now have to redo it because you lost my sample.
