I am just done, you go in for a test, they give you the tubes to take home to fill up, did that. Came back waited for the girl to figure out how to bill it out (20 minutes later), she then says that they did not give me enough tubes, that I need to leave and fill up four more?!?!? They could not do this right the first time? I know that my time is not valuable to them (they could not care less) but it is to me and my employees. Then the girl wanted to throw out the first tubes!!! I told her what I was going to do with them if she did and she just got that wonderful deer in the headlights look of are you talking to me? I think I will ask my doctors if we could possibly switch to Lab Corp, I am so tired of this companies lack of experience and common sense. The best part is when she was calling me back she couldn't even get my first name right (Marie, not really that hard)

I give this place a zero. Making an appointment means nothing to them. The people that work here are rude. My appointment was for 5/10AM. I tried signing in and could not. i did not get seen until 5:22.People with appointments after me were seen before me. This is not the first time this has happened.

I will never go to Quest again. I went yesterday and the woman must have been a trainee. She didnt know how to find my vein, I had to tell her where to look, then she jab and of course she missed the vein and she kept poking around until she found it. She never said sorry... very curt not like the dozen times Ive been there before. It could be her English skills were lacking. My arm is so black and blue

I had an ear!y scheduled appointment for this morning when I arrived the facility was locked and no lights on. The test required fasting. I have a lot of difficulty if I do not eat and my blood pressure drops. I drove to another place 10 more minutes away...(not quest) and handed in my blood orders. Then, I promptly passed out. I had carefully scheduled my appointment with Quest so this would not happen. I had received a reminder for the appointment the day before but NO cancellation notice. I will never use Quest again and put myself in danger. Cranberry,PA

Quest labs is actually pretty good the quest mobile service is a big yikes. My name is Michelle Cabot They screwed up my appointment then came and when I said to the tech Kevin hey I don’t think that’s enough blood for the 23 tests that were ordered he dismissed me and said it’s fine well what a shock it wasn’t enough blood and I gotta get stuck again. When I called there and spoke to Alexis she said they would come back out no charge (umm duh) since it was their mistake but I had to wait 4 days yeah nope. This was a ish show from go. I’d give zero stars if I could Now this is not about quest labs as a whole never had an issue with them infact they tried to help as quest mobile is a separate thing. Btw on hold for quest mobile for 45 minutes then hung up. Trust don’t use these clowns guys

So far not impressed. Came here because I'm covered 100% w/my ins GEHA. Trinitas hosp process is to have u go to admissions to register 1st, then go to the diagnostics section and wait. I went straight to diagnostics first and waited then someone to told me to go to admissions 1st. However I came here 1st and the woman directed me to diagnostics 1st. There are about 8 ladies at this window and some seem to still be in training and registering ppl incorrectly. The amount of time I spent in here was absurd. I shouldn't have to come to admissions for lab work with Quest!!! An entire profile had to be created for TRINITAS when 8 have a profile created already with Quest! I'll pay the difference of the bill and go to labcorp next time.

No telephone customer service, no way to confirm lab orders before arrival, no receptionist, and even though phone recording says “no worries we will call your doctor”, I have never had a draw tech call, just kick me out. I have cried I. Their lobby three times, this year, and it’s only July. I feel like no one at this company cares, it’s heartbreaking because they used to be great.

Went to pick up a test kit that My doctor had prescribed for me. The place is totally automated and you have to check in as a "walk-in," taking place behind those with appointments. You also have to give proof of identification as you check in on-line and I had trouble doing so. I was only able to pick up the test kit because I managed to get hold of an employee returning from lunch and she kindly helped me. Will never use this place again and recommend that others avoid it.
