Just want to pay my bill over the phone. Had to listen to so much computer recorded cr@p it took a ridiculous amount of time. Listen to computer, push a button. Listen to the computer again push a button.... confirm every data entry multiple times Jeeze. Just send my call to India.

In other medical fields I usually find them easy to work with and deal with personality wise. At times Quest has performed well but there is a good share where they seem to find a way to say something derogatory or disturbing. Not exactly my preferences with personalities.

Took 3 people to draw my blood. Both arms are severely bruised and sore. The techs seemed more interested in discussing their astrological signs and making appointments to have their nails done than focusing on drawing my blood correctly.

It would be nice if the phlebotomist was more friendly, I would have rather a robot take my blood! Check in fine, wait time fine but the attitude and welcoming could improve 100 per cent! This is for New Milford Ct!!! Smile people or get a new line of work!

No explanations for anything!!! Terrible. Everything is..SIGN IN....even for a question or drop off. Awful system. No one at the desk. No explanation or directions for some take home tests!!!

When I go to Quest I see people struggle with their intake. I usually end up helping an elderly person who can't figure out how to scan their drivers license and insurance card. COVID is over, its time to staff the waiting room or have a HELP button to assist people who aren't able to help themselves. The office is like walking into a box where you can't get help if you want it. It is not a user or customer friendly environment.
