The person taking my blood did not listen to me about how to go about it. She hurt me!! Still she could not blood drawn. I was freaked out for 2 days. She tried one arm and the other arm, which I told her that she wouldn't get blood from that arm I want to schedule my appointment with someone knows what they are doing. Help!! I'm very scared now to have my blood drawn. Oh this is the second time I've had a bad experience at Quest.

They are a joke and they just need to go back to the hospitals doing the lab work and not them. They don’t send your paperwork with your lab that you’re supposed to be sending it to the doctor never got the results. You give the woman the paperwork she’s so dumb that she don’t even put that it’s supposed to be every week but scheduled it for every week and kept the lab papers. Y’all are messing with people’s health and that’s bullshit.

The office is just plain filthy. When I was brought into the room where blood would be drawn, there were 3 specimen cups of urine -- labeled with different patients' information -- sitting on the counter opposite my chair, and a full garbage can brimming with medical trash. And this was just a little after 9 AM. This was my first Quest visit and definitely my last.

I have been waiting since 08/11/26 for lab results and upon calling today, 08/27/26, 2 weeks later, I was told by Lynn it may take another couple of weeks for results due to high volume. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is delaying treatment and all I got from Quest customer service was "I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do about it". Horrible customer service!

My first time using Quest at physicians order . No one in waiting room - after using Kiosk was informed no appointments or walk-ins that day It was 2 pm and 5 pm was closing time. I could hear employees talking but could not see them! I was told by a hospital employee to use a different Quest location. They had many complaints and stiil wondered why they were using Quest. I had been to Labcorp many times without a single problem. When I went to the other location there were 2 patients with the same problem! Quest is no doubt the absolute worst---period!

Pathetic experience. I entered all the required information for my "appointment" at Quest in Osterville MA. When I entered the tiny waiting room, I had to repeat all the data entry including my driver's license and insurance card to "confirm" the appointment. I then had the pleasurable experience of waiting in a closet sized waiting area. While enjoying this experience with individuals who were obviously ill, I was able to hear all the medical issues of other patients as the check in person had the window and door wide open for other patients. Completely against any ethical boundaries. One gentleman closed the door and everyone was still perfectly able to hear all his medical issues and insurance issues.

Was sent by employer to do a urine test. After three attempts couldn’t produce enough urine and was told that’s all the chances I had and I would have to reschedule with employer. I left there under the impression that it would be documented as “shy bladder/insufficient specimen” like the lab tech informed me. Imagine my surprise when my prospective employer sends me a copy of the report stating that I refused and left the clinic without completing test even though it say I did all three attempts and left without completing test. But I did complete all three and was told that was all the chances I had. So how does someone refuse and leave against advice of staff if they had already the sample and its list as insufficient?

Had to leave without using the service due to what I saw. Bathroom had NO soap at all. No soap bottle and no soap dispenser on wall!!!! Bathroom had nasty hair in the sink. Bathroom had a tall open trash can in the center with no lid full of visible plastic cups full of urine. Waiting room had a lizard running around. Very, very rude, hostile and unprofessional staff.
