If I could give this place a minus 1, I would. In June 2023, I went to have a blood test- paid the bill when I got it. Then, went for another blood test in December. The phlebotomist yelled at me for not paying the June bill- when I already paid it. She made it like if I didn't pay- she would not draw the blood- so, I paid it- again. I went to BBB and got my money back which took a while to get. Now, for the December bill- I paid it as soon as I got it- then not long after that, was sent a bill from a collection agency for the December bill- that I already paid. I have not went back to Quest to get any blood draws- and am now getting a bill from July, 2024- but I never went for a blood test at that time. Yeah, this place is screwed up. I wouldn't go here ever again.

Doesn't deserve a 1 star. Employee was awesome. My complaint is that EVERY time I will need blood work I have to show my ID and insurance. I get my blood drawn roughly every 3 months. Drawn blood should be in and out NOT a full on appointment like a doctor appointment.

I've gone to the Quest on the Post Rd in Fairfield, CT for years. They used to have a reception desk in the waiting area where two women would answer questions and greet customers. They are now GONE and in their place is a tablet where people have to punch in info then wait FOREVER to be called. The people working there are super unfriendly and RUDE. I went on the website and saw that they ask about "gender" and offer several options. Note to Quest: THErE ARE TWO GENDERS! Then I went there today to try and pick up a sample cup for my 90 year old mom for a urine test - No one came out, I was forced to use that stupid tablet and it tried to make me make an appointment - JUST TO PICK UP A CUP!!! On the door there was a bold sign saying that no "concealed carry handguns" were allowed in!! WHAT?!!! What kind of place is this?! I also see that DEI is all over their website. Perhaps if they focused a bit more on PERSONALIZED and REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE instead of their woke signaling and leftist messaging they might be worthy of customers' loyalty!!! I will NEVER EVER use this HORRID company again!!! I've already found an alternate and THEY will make money off of me and my mom - NEVER QUEST! GO WOKE, GO BROKE and STOP TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS AS IF YOU HATE US!!!

I have used quest for the last 2 1/2 years. Typically, I have my blood test done by 8 AM and I received my results by 3 to 5 AM the next day. I had my test at 7 AM on 30 September. It took quest 15 hours to get my blood work to the lab, I was lied to and told by customer service that the reason my results are so slow is due to the hurricane, that is a lie. I was told that a supervisor would call me, that was a lie as a kidney transplant patient every day matters every blood result matters, every day you approach life positively matters. I’m calling my nurse tomorrow, and I will go to any other blood facility, I know everybody makes a mistake but I’ve never been lied to so many times as I have today. Find any other company folks if you need those results to be on a consistent basis. There’s also something very wrong when you cannot contact a human being at corporate when you’re desperate for your results, they hide behind recordings and phone options

I ordered and paid $440 for bloodwork, scheduled an appointment, showed up 5 mins early, checked in on the Kiosk and there was no appointment scheduled for me. I double checked my email confirmation and I was present at the correct day and time. No one in the office would come to the front to help so I emailed customer service and asked for a refund - a week later and no response so I emailed again, no response. Now my order is set to expire and I still have not received a response from anyone at Quest. In the meantime, I ordered the same test thru Labcorp, showed up for my appt 2 days later and had my results the next day.

It took 3-1/2 hours to drop off a urine sample. 3 minutes to take care of the paperwork. Never again.

The web site is horrible. Tried so many times to make appointment only to get into an endless loop of “please sign in”. Over and over. Finally got appointment and had blood draw. Next morning got email that I had test results. Saw the results of CMP. Another email,said I had results. CMP results had vanished but did have one new result. Now the rest have said pending for three days and I have zero results, the first one I have was from three months ago. Won’t be using Quest anymore.

If i could give zero stars I would,,, waited over a month for time sensitive results,, and no explanations why theyre still NOT ready !!!
