It's always easy to make an appointment online. I made mine for the Bedford Lab on So. River Rd. I was early so I had to wait a few minutes before I could check-in. It was quick and easy if you do it on your cell. My technician was great. The order for my lab work hadn't been sent over. I thought I'd have to reschedule but, the young man said he'd wait while I got it. (Same building, same floor) I couldn't thank him enough, he really made my day. Getting to the heart of the matter, I've been stuck enough times and I can say this young man was amazing. I was very impressed, I honestly didn't feel a thing. My one regret is I didn't catch his name, When I got home I told my husband about him. He's not a fan of needles and he would certainly appreciate this young mans skill. I just wish I could call him out by name and for that I'm sorry because he deserves high praises.

Had a 7:00 appointment, registered, was the first patient called, went right in with my technician Rachel who did a wonderful job, competent, fast & friendly!

Great experience, Cheryl was very professional. This was at the Orlando, FL on Lucerne.

Had a Great Experience With My Visit Today @ The 11076 Military Rd. Boynton Beach Florida Location. Tiffany Was So Kind and Friendly. Thank You 💞

The past two times I’ve been to Quest there was a problem related to my physician’s office not properly getting my orders to the lab. Each time I had the pleasure of being helped by Jeanine who was wonderful. She went out of her way to find and download the forms from the MyChart app on my phone. She was quick and efficient. Most importantly when she drew my blood her technique was pain free.

Jessica did a fantastic job drawing my blood, didn't even feel it. I did have an appointment and they took me right on time. This was at the Palm Coast location on Pinnacle Drive.

The facility on 2600 NW 87 Av, in Doral. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. They also keep appointments on schedule, although the check-in process, with only two screens, causes significant congestion in the waiting area. They keep the entire area very clean. Amanda one of the lab technicians is very kind, patient, and careful.

What an amazing person to be set up with to draw blood.. outstanding attitude, made us feel safe and calm. Helped my daughter with her concerns.. Very professional, calm soft speaking. Gentle hands, knew what she was doing. Thank you so much (PSR) Destiny, (site code) Q7H.. Panama City location..
