Lack of quality control. There are inconsistencies in lab work as part of the report says X is high and in another section, it says X is low. Tests requested by Dr are sometimes missed or not done. Due to the issues with the result, Physicians can not perform accurate evaluations that would lead to a good diagnosis. It's all about the $$$ and not the health of their clients. Also When a sample has issues there is no call back to perform it again, they just do the test and charge for it. The Client and Insurance suffer.

This companies practices are unethical. I have insurance that pays for labs 100% and twice I have received multiple bills demanding payment. When I contact them I’m told that the insurance company needed more information. QUEST IS THE ONE WHO FILED THE CLAIM!! They should be the ones correcting the problem, not sending me a bill

Scheduled a same day appointment for 2:20 (latest available time). Woman who answered phone sounded aggravated I called and rude. Got to appointment to find out that she actually scheduled it for the following day. Tried to reschedule and couldn't.no one is there to help, had to use my phone. Had to open the door that had a note on it saying "please do not Knock or walk in, I will come get you at your appointment time" . When I walked in the woman working was on a personal phone call and was mad that I decided to walk in because I needed help. She told me that they stop doing services at 2 even though my I had an appointment at 220 (for the following day). Obviously this company is running as lean as possible to maximize profits. Their employees hate their jobs and will do nothing to help a customer outside of their job responsibilities.

I was a walk-in. The machine accepted my information and told me to wait. Well, I waited for 45 minutes. Then the employee said there was not time for me before the office closed. They could have told me BEFORE I waited. Lesson learned.

After Quest cancelling my appointment 2X, the 3rd was just stupid. 1hr 45mns from check in to departure. 20+ APPOINTMENTS were ahead of me. Now Quest, who has provided my primary with results on 1/3, still hasn't put them on my screen. I need them to take to cardio 1/9. The zero score is for your lack of online help.

The clinic I went to sent my labs to them after I specifically said not to. Quest Diagnostics doesn't take Walmart Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and I was billed nearly $1000. I didn't qualify for financial assistance because I'm not 400% below poverty. This is stupid! I have to basically be homeless, jobless, and dying for assistance. It may be nearly $1000 but this is financially ruining me! Then they sent it to a collections agency! This is American Healthcare everyone! Remember this well!

I had an appointment for 10:20 am at the Southfield, MI location. They were closed. Notice on the door said maintenance issues. Closed 1/1 to 1/5. My appointment was 1/4. No phone calls or notification that they would be closed. So unprofessional.

I have had 2 of the most horrible experiences just trying to get screenings. My first bad one I had an appointment and about 10 people went before me who came in after me. Then my 2nd bad experience not only did they turn me away for my urine to start work they made me leave the office with it being 30 degrees outside and I’m on Medicaid so my transportation wasn’t close to picking me up. As for my ID I ordered my ID online so they give me a temporary print out to carry with expired ID until the new one comes in the mail. This was plenty valid and to put me out in the cold to for no reason. I believe both these locations showed prejudice. It is mostly white and I am black after the first one I tried the other one closest to me n I guess I just can’t get good service. I find it pathetic for this kind of business to turn n put people out when they are part of a healthcare system. Medicaid rides are at least an hour wait and I even asked if I could sit n wait. No one in waiting room either
