Quest's website is probably the most difficult to navigate and customer unfriendly ever experienced. Changing your address or other information is extremely difficult. If Trust Pilot offered "0" stars that would have been my choice. What an awful and frustrating experience!

I have been unable to access my test results. It acts like I do not have an account and wants me to sign up when I have used it for years with no problem u til the last few months. A stupid assistant comes out and it is VERY annoying!!

The lobby has all the charm of a bus stop. Receptionist is a computer. Logged in for 11:30 apt. instructed by computer to be back by 11:20. I returned at 11:20. Apparently, they called my name early, but if you don't answer they forget about you and the actual apt time. Had to make a fuss to get seen. Phlebotomist has covered the performance review QR code with a sticker.

Manager is mean and rude. He raised his voice on me and was aggressive. He brought people to watch a blood draw procedure without asking me about it. It was awkward to stay in the small room with 4 people around you. He made me promise never to come back to this location anymore. Awful experience for a long time.

Although I like the service, I think Quest diag could Make it easier To make an appointment. You fill out your information then you pick a time, hit submit to make an appointment and then it comes back and tells you that the appointment is unavailable and you have to start the whole process over again. I had to do this three times and finally gave up. What a waist of time

Quest diagnostics on 1500 S central has the worst service. I waited for 6 hours total and was told to leave because they are closing at 5. I was told I would be seen for sure that day, I asked 2 hours into waiting if I would be seen for sure and Chris (supervisor) told me yes I would be seen for sure. But after waiting for 6 hours! I was told to leave. Absolutely insane!

Very snowy, so went in 45 minutes early for my appointment.. they took the only person in and then he left. I sat there 10 minutes listening to them laughing in the back... Then a woman comes in and is taken back... when I questioned them, they said I HAD to wait fir my appointment time and were SO RUDE!!!! They used to just take walk ins and now it's appointment only... I'll find somewhere else to go next time!!!!
