Software support for the myQuest web site is unresponsive and uninformed. The site does not accept updates to patient info and the company doesn't seem to really care that their software is problematic.

Unprofessional like you have never seen. Nasty lady at the Seminole location. She Would not give me time to find my Q Code. She is the one with the wart on her nose. Room 4 I had a 1:10 pm appt and they call me in at 130pm. Could not find my code fast enough so this creaton says go sit in the lobby until called back.

Scheduling with Quest in impossible. I tried to schedule online, but the page would not advance to scheduling the date even after several different tries. I then tried to call and schedule and their phone system could not recognize the spelling of my last name and told me to schedule online. There is no email contact information and no one ever answers a phone. How is anyone supposed to schedule an appointment?

For many years I have been using Quest for my lab work but will change after they charged me $131.88 for a CBC test . I called them a few times , send them emails until this week I got in touch with a customer service . She told me my insurance did not cover this test because the doctor instead wrote the wrong code for the test. The customer representative told me to call the insurance company to appeal but since I didn't get the bill until last week I couldn't appeal it because they wouldn't receive all the paper work on time . If Quest would had send me the bill on time I would have appeal it. Not to ruin my credit I paid the amount but I would rather go to other Labs for my blood work. My Quest facility had a great staff but after this incident I won't attend Quest anymore.

Do NOT go to the Bayou Biulevard location in Pensacola FL. I have been here waiting on my 10AM APPT for an hour and a half!!! Monday mornings are SO BUSY here and there is only ONE TECH working. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Quest took my son’s payment information and used it to pay a random account that we don’t know who it belongs to and Quest has no way of tracking the payment what so ever. Apparently once you give your payment information in, if the phone system interrupts it in a way that doesn’t read your account properly. It in no way lets on that it isn’t sending it to your account or billing number. We have been fighting back and forth with them to resolve this mispayment for 4 months now. They say they don’t have the ability to look up where his money went. They keep asking us to jump through hoops that doesn’t exist. If we had a choice, we would never do business with them again but our health care conglomerate uses them instead of an in house lab. If you have a choice, skip them! They are corrupt, crooked, and unlawful.

Terrible billing service…if you do a payment plan with them, apparently, they’re not like other billing companies. Usually, with any medical billing service, when you set up a payment plan, they do an automatic withdraw from your bank account. However, this company doesn’t do that unless you get the right representative or you just know that you’re supposed to request the automatic payment option. If you get the wrong representative…good luck! You just have to know to ask if it is going to be a recurring payment or not. Apparently, you won’t get a straight answer on that matter…not worth the discussion. I wasn’t aware this wasn’t being paid and now it is too late to set up any other plan because it is in collections. But, after looking at some of the other reviews, maybe I should be thankful I wasn’t on a payment plan with this company.
