Their system for taking walk in patients does not work. They take all the scheduled patients first, even those who arrive early, before seeing any walk ins. I waited for 2 hours and even when the waiting room was empty, they still did not take me. I will never go to Quest again!

My visit was a nightmare, starting with Jennifer, who told me my insurance was terminated and asked to go outside as she needed to see the next person. I felt humiliated and embarrased. It continued deteriorating when I contacted my insurance and was told that my insurance was completely valid. That was not good enough for Millie, who forced to repeat the events after waiting another twenty minutes. She was rude and disrespectful from the moment I was asked to come back with her until she told me I was projecting my frustration and there were sick people there, assuming I could not possibly be sick. She kept telling me if I didn’t accept this treatment I should leave. I asked her to do her job and draw my labs. She told me her job was to treat patients—I refused to back down and had to tell her repeatedly I am a patient and should be treated with attention and respect. I asked her name and she told me to take care of myself 3 times as she dismissed me like I was not entitled to her name. I finally saw it on the card. As a patient, this was the worst lab experience of my life. Although the group lead called me to apologize, I will never visit this or any other quest location unless I have no choice.

Went to quest in Tom Thumb in Mesquite, TX. They were still officially open but told us they were closed. When we went back during their business hours to ask how and when we could schedule an appointment they were very rude, unhelpful and dismissive. This was around 4:40 pm on 9/9/2026.

Never on time or even close to being on time for scheduled appointments. As usual I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment, checked in 10 minutes before my appointment as requested. Appointment time comes and goes, 45 minutes later still waiting. No front desk/person to talk to for an estimated time. Nope, just stuck in a waiting room with zero information on how far behind they are or how many people are in front of you so you at least have an idea of when you might actually get your labs done. After 45 minutes I gave up and left since some of us actually have to be on time for our jobs

It has been nearly 3 weeks and I do not have my lab test results, and I have to fly to a medical appt. with a doctor in another state next week! It is a critical appointment and I have no labs to show her. I called Quest three times this week and apparently they let two of my blood vials sit around and "expire" so that they can't be used to do the tests they need to do. The agent was very non- chalant about the matter, and was just kind of like, "Sorry, your blood sample has expired and so we can't do the tests." Even worse - the phlebotomist I went to see at the location on Crown Crest Blvd., Parker, CO was slow (took literally 40 minutes with me), took EXTRA vials of blood (when I was already having about 20 withdrawn), and put one vial inside a rubber glove. I wondered why she was putting my blood inside of a glove, and why she needed to take a bunch of extra vials of blood, but the whole thing seemed weird. Another time, I waited an HOUR at this location to have my blood drawn even though I had an appt. The phlebotomist wasted so much time chit-chatting with the patients, even though there were a bunch of people in the waiting room. Friendliness is appreciated, but wasting people's time is not.

Totally dissatisfied with their phone system. There is no one to speak to. Their website to sign up for an appointment is not user friendly. It’s very frustrating and grueling to sign up for an appointment . They need to redeveloped their website. It’s horrible.
