Efficiency at the Cost of Humanity
This facility is the definition of efficiency at the cost of humanity. If you are technologically impaired, need help checking in, or have questions of any type, you're out of luck. There is literally no one there to help you. The waiting area consists of a dozen or so chairs and two check-in tablets. By their "I don't care" attitude, it's plainly obvious to see that the phlebotomists working there are overworked, understaffed, and ignored by whoever runs the place. The management has pushed them to the point where they no longer see patients as people so much as veins to have needles inserted into and moved on as quickly as possible. If I had a choice to go somewhere else, I would happily allow whomever owns the Jefferson branch of Quest Diagnostics to go permanently out of business
