My doctor scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am on a Saturday morning, I fasted for 12 hours and got to the appointment on time and the door was locked, no note on the door and no one called to tell me the appointment was cancelled. I went to another location, no person working a front desk, I had to wait till a nurse decided to see if I needed help. She said it is no my problem your appointment was cancelled you will have to wait on the waiting list. 20 people sitting in the office and 5 on the waiting list. I will Never go to Quest again

Completely incompetent unprofessional and inaccurate results that cost me unnecessary pain and suffering that caused a false diagnosis that caused a medical emergency as a result . Go somewhere else anyplace would have better accuracy and professional attitude. Your incompetence could cost people their lives. I will never recommend this laboratory and they should be shut down due to negligence . Right down to telling me my doctor wants nothing to do with my false diagnosis or treatment which was completely inaccurate as they contacted my primary physician who has nothing to do with my multiple emergency care doctors orders. HIGHLY unprofessional unethical behavior and illegal conduct

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. they tried to take me to collections over a $36 bill. They also never once sent me a bill over text, email, phone calls, or mail. So now we’re taking them to court. :)

Reporting the manager of local facility due to rude and unacceptable behavior. Will be calling corporate office to report.

Payed for a lab test, booked it, showed up, They said my appointment was scheduled but they didn’t know what test to give me. I showed them the receipt, and my confirmation, annd I told when what test I wanted… they simply wouldn’t do it because their computer wouldn’t show them what test to give me. It’s completely obvious what test to give me I have my receipt and I’m telling you. Since when are we controlled by what a computer says. These people are completely brainless. Incompetent. This is not a professional company. They told me to call customer service….. I was there! In the building with everything they needed. So what your computer didn’t populate what test to give? Open a new tab? As a new patient? Bypass it? Delete it and continue as a walk in? Idk something??? No, they don’t think by themselves whatsoever. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. No solutions given….. they have my money but won’t provide a test.

Date appoinment : may 3 2025 , 7 am I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at Quest Diagnostics. The nurse, Sasha, inserted the needle and then turned her body away to engage in a personal conversation, which caused her to lose the vein. As a result, she had to puncture my other arm, leaving the first one badly bruised. When I calmly expressed my concern, she completely ignored me and showed no remorse or professionalism. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of respect for patients. For the well-being of her future patients and herself, I strongly recommend that Sasha receive additional training.

They say you cam walk in no appointment needed. But what they don't tell you is your going to wait 3 or 4 hours. Self check in . Awful No one to talk too just a lobby full of patient's .

Trying to communicate about an incorrect billing was awful. Left on hold for a long time. Horrible customer service!!!
