5 days and waiting for a testosterone result. Can't get my script because Quest treats their patients as they do their employees. Poorly.

Network was down in the office, so no one could sign in but there is no human to speak with because it is all automated. eight patients sitting out in the lobby waiting for someone to come speak with us. Finally someone comes out and has is sign a list in the order we arrived. When they start calling patients back they do not follow the order of the list and have people who waiting longer get passed by. They need to have a reception desk to answer questions….customer service.

The company enrolled my wife in their Easy Pay program without her consent. I complained to customer service and they said once you are in, they cannot take you out. Sounds illegal to me. Their customer service people are not knowledgeable in anything.

The whole billing department is filled with miserable people. I get it. Customer service is not pleasant. Find a job that makes you less miserable. I have to give them some credits that they collected the most miserable representative in their company. Lol.

Went in to an office in Fayetteville for a drug test, had an appointment at 9:40, sat there for an hour and really had to go to the bathroom but the nurse did not seem to care. I left the office without getting my test done and missed a whole morning worth of work. These guys are the worst.

Very bad service from quest appointment service by telephone for two days several hours nobody answered the phone you only hear a recording tape but no one help.

This company sucks!!! The worst ever!!
