Absolutely no customer support? One of the biggest corporations in the US and you cant even contact them via email. If youre an individual looking to get your blood tests done. Look anywhere else but here.

This is a horrible company that only takes advantage of clients and their wellbeing. First off everything is way overpriced. I can get lab tests from other companies for the same amount out of pocket that I have to pay Quest after they charge my health insurance absurd amounts. My biggest gripe is that everything is automated. I paid my overdue bill last time I was in for a lab test and they are still sending me a bill for it. Worst part is that I can’t get ahold of an actual human to dispute the charge that I already paid. The automated system doesn’t even give you that option, they just want you to pay it. It might only be $17 but I refuse to pay twice when they already overcharge. Very unethical company taking advantage of the healthcare system in place here in America.

My appointment was set ahead of time for 9:40am, but I was not seen until 11:30am... totally unacceptable!

Quest Online appointment scheduling has not been working for at least 2 days. Tried many times to make an appointment. I just have to drop off a frozen sample and honestly dont mind waiting for my now walk in appointment BUT I asked at the door when it opened could they just take the sample I'm dropping off to freeze it and the answer was sorry you have to wait your turn. The fact that there's a waiting room with no personal attention for anyone is ridiculous. Last time I'll use quest ever.

Got a bill for 1500 dollars saw they billed wrong insurance. Called had them correct. Than got bill for 163.00, should have been zero. Called again after Called my insurance company found out wrong codes used and they notified Qwest. Got a name and number for Qwedt to call to fix. Qwedt said would do and put hold on bill so no more notices. Today Got bill saying pay now or late. Qwedt never called my insurance or corrected billing code. From others I know this is common with Qwedt. They make mistake say will fix and than do nothing. Company cares only about money and not service.

Absolutely horrible operation top to bottom! Called my doctor to schedule with a different company.

Had an appointment scheduled for several weeks and was fasting. Showed up for my appointment after receiving two reminders. When I got there, the tech with a lousy attitude said oh our computers and facts are down and they’ve been down for days. I asked why Corporate couldn’t have notified us and the response I got was “as I said the fax and computers has been down for days. “ And that was delivered with a snotty attitude. I’m done with Quest. They just don’t give a damn about their patients.

This company is a joke. They sent me a link to leave a review, that was very negative because of my bad experience. When I was finished I received a message telling me the survey was expired, even I took only a few minutes to fill it up. The staff at Quest in Pompano Beach is extremely incompetent and disorganized. I will never come back to this location again and I will let all my friends and family about it.
