Quest's billing system, is wihout question, the WORST on God's green earth! Impossible to speak to a person, unbelievably long hold times, complety baffling system that NEVER gets issues resolved! You cannot understand or decipher the invoices and if you hit the lottery and finally are able to speak to a human, that are compeletly robotic and indifferant.

I had blood drawn and the technician stabbed me in the forearm and as a result I have a 2 inch black and blue scar on my arm 1 inch wide 2 inches long. I’ve been trying to contact with someone there and you can never get anybody. I finally got someone and they’re supposed to have somebody call me back. I’ve been waiting for two more days. They said walk in appointments are welcome with 30 to 60 minutes wait. Not receiving service for almost 2 hours.
