Quest DiagnosticsReviews of questdiagnostics.com

Quest is a bunch of scammers. My bill was paid in full in August 2025. In September they started harassing me with the claims that bill was not paid, and now transferred it to collection. They ignore my messages and there is nobody there to speak with. Pure scam.

There is no customer service. Everything is AI. You will not get a question answered. You will not get any help or support. The space was in disarray and dirty as well. Avoid this place at all costs.

If I could give this company a -5 star I would. The whole process sucks, from the app- setting it up and it taking so many steps to verify identity. It is so dumb and ridiculous! The test results take dayyyys to complete, i’ve been waiting and waiting and still nothing! No customer service provided. Even went to the lab to check because there was no way to contact them. I’d rather pay a bit to do it at my doctor’s lab than dealing with this again. Do not recommend!

Quest Diagnostics managed to turn what should have been a routine specimen drop-off into a masterclass in incompetence. I was instructed by my doctor to drive an hour to a specific Quest Lab to drop off a time-sensitive specimen. When I tried to do the responsible thing and schedule an appointment, I discovered there is no way to make one. Phones go unanswered, the online system is useless, and when I finally reached a human being, I was told the location “doesn’t exist.” Apparently, it does exist—but only as a lab location, not a collection location—a distinction no one that works at Quest comprehends and makes it impossible to know when or whether you can actually drop off. The person told me you couldn’t go there and I was told I could “go anywhere.” So I did. Only to be informed later in the day that my specimen was invalid because it was more than an hour old by the time it reached the testing facility—an outcome that was entirely predictable given Quest’s own contradictory instructions and extreme incompetence. This is not a minor inconvenience; this is a complete operational failure in a healthcare setting where accuracy, clarity, and timing actually matter. Quest Diagnostics should be embarrassed that this passes for patient care. In a value based care system these idiots should pay patients instead of getting paid. There is a special place in hell for the people who run this (lack of) operation; for people who don’t care about wasting people’s time, money, and medical effort this thoroughly—and Quest has earned it. Avoid if you have any alternative. Short their stock as the empire will crumble. And don’t trust anything coming from these ding bats.

The people were fine but the experience was terrible. I check in at the kiosk. It said that I was early for my appointment and that I should be in the building ten minutes before my appointment. I left and came back 15 minutes early. While I was gone, they called my name and cancelled my appointment. They told me to check back in and now I have to wait an hour. My whole morning is shot and O was an hour early to begin

Person who did the blood draw... awesome!!!! Trying to get my results... impossible! How many times do I need to scan my license and face? Total Bs and still don't have my results of a simple A1C and lipid test. SMH!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE A CHILD OR A BABY, DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE. They don't have trained staff; they injured my little son's arms and caused him unnecessary trauma, leaving him with both arms covered in bruises.

can't get through to speak to anyone about my invoice. Their message says press 1 to get a call back.. Guess what, it doesn't work..... horrible horrible. Ihave been trying to go over a bill for 8 months now.. Could be a record for worst customer service in history..
