Quest in San Clemente on Los Mares is fast & efficient. The online check is easy to use. My technician was Lenonda excuse the spelling. She’s very calming & fast. Thank you for the TLC.

I made an appointment yesterday to visit Quest Diagnostics on Tuesday the 9th, which I did and when I enter the office the people their were friendly as well as the staff I put in my code and was greeted right away by Stephanie which I would like to say Kudos too very friendly and professional my experience was 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had bloodwork done today at Glassboro. Liz was terrific, only employee that showed up due to snow storm. She has a terrific work ethic and very dedicated person. Be glad you have her at Quest. David Detweiler

Had absolutely no problem at this location. Scheduled an appointment online for 11:45 on their site. Was able to enter my Insurance information as well to save time. Received a confirmation #, an email with the confirmation as well as a barcode to present at Quest for them to scan. Arrived at 11:30. Waited outside entrance (with three others) for about 5 minutes when an employee came out to verify our names & times. After that we entered the waiting area where we were temperature checked & given hand sanitizer. I was then sent to a cubicle and the technician verified who I was. Presented ID, Insurance Card & Confirmation Barcode. Blood taken. DONE. Not even 15 minutes from start to finish. If you arrive on time & have all your information ready this location is no problem at all. The waiting room had four people inside who were waiting because they were either late (one guy over a half an hour) or didn't have proof of insurance or proper ID with them, one person waiting for a fax from their doctor's office. I could tell that the staff was relieved & surprised that I gave them no problems. I can only imagine the nonsense they have to deal with from the small sampling I saw while there. Come prepared & on time

I walked into the Quest in Prosper. I didn't realize they were about ready to close. The gentleman who waited on me went above and beyond to help me get my blood work done!

I’m 89 years old. I called to make an appointment to go to Quest Laboratory at Burns Road in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. When I called the answering service informed me that if I was a senior I can go from 7:00am to 8:00am without an appointment. I went there and arrived at 6:45am. There were about 10 people waiting none of them seniors. When I went in and signed I presumed that they called me first. NO. I HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN AN HOUR IN ORDER THAT THEY TOOK CARE OF ME. EMPLOYEES WERE VERY GOOD, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY BUT YOU HAVE TO FULFILL WHAT YOU STATED: 7:00 - 8:00am just for SENIORS. Thank-you.

I'm 67 years old, I was in need of my medical records, after sending a written request by mail.i waited about a week for the response. Then I gave them a call, The call was taken by a young lady named Danille, ext 142, just so you know, She had sent the report by internet, Unfortunately I am much of a ludditt, and couldn't get the report to show show up for me, I was a real pest that day, called her about 9 times , she walked me thru the entire process,, finally it worked, I can't thank her enough, she was very smart, and , helpfull, and never gave up on helping, just great kid. Thank you so much!! Your a 5 star *****
