I had an appointment today, and I was thoroughly pleased. Israel, the young lady who took my blood was pleasant and EXCELLENT. I didn't feel a thing. I would highly recommend her. She gets 5 stars! Quest should be very proud to have such a good company ambassador.

I am so thankful for the phlebotomist, Stephanie D. at my doctor’s (Dr. Rhesa Sanni-Thomas) office in The Woodlands for being an expert in her field. I was worried at first because I’m normally a hard stick when it comes to getting blood, but she reassured me and only stuck me one time. Thank you so much, Stephanie!

My spouse and I had visited the 4900 Linton Blvd, Delray Beach, Fl location on 5/11/2022. It was an amazing experience. The new processes worked well. Pre-registered and scheduled on line, Kiosk was simple, easy and smooth. The office was clean, bright, organized and my technician Rufus was wonderful. Currently work in medical field and highly suggest Quest Diagnostics. Thank you Quest, thank you Rufus.

I have to take the time to say "Thank you" to an employee by the name of Angie at the 9th Street location in Corona, Quest Lab. I have made compliments about this employee in the past to the Corporate Office and she continues to be extremely outstanding. She TRULY cares about the patients. You can take my word, please believe me, she's unusual in our present time. We need more like her. Ask for Angie, you won't regret it. The best about it, she's ALWAYS willing to help others without hesitation. I would definitely trust her to perform services for my mom, whom I love dearly. Respect/Outstanding Service is her game and Caring is her fame. She's the best.

A very big THANK YOU and my sincere gratitude & appreciation to "Nicole" at the Rockwall, TX facility. She was very professional and very gentle in the procedure of a blood sample, trust me I'm the poster child of being afraid of this procedure, I didn't even know she did it. I would travel from New York to Texas just have her do the procedure if needed, Nicole is truly that good at what she does, I know!!! My experience at Quest today was very pleasant. Sheena was very professional. Most importantly she only had to stick me once, which is rare. She made me feel very comfortable and I was out of there in no time. Great job Sheena!
