I’m at Lab quest in Santa Rosa I’ve been here for 3 hours and they haven’t called me back me they have terrible service they discriminate !!!

Need to hire people that show some empathy and common courtesy... not only are they too busy chit chatting amongst themselves they don't seem to care. This is the one at Barclay Communicare

Awful service , logged in as requested by ataff, i had paperwork prepared from MD in hand for drop off and test in quest container and was told i need an appointment…waste of time, never again

This is genuinely the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. They had no one for me to ask questions to. The woman who took my blood barely spoke to me and didn't tell me anything of what I was supposed to do except to label a cup after peeing in it. No one told me if I could leave and I sat there for 10 minutes, terrified, because I didn't want to get in trouble for leaving when I wasn't supposed to and nobody told me anything. The woman already had another patient with her when I was done and I needed to talk to her because I couldn't provide much of a sample since nobody told me ahead of time that I was doing a urine test. I'm barely an adult and I was treated more like a sample than a person. I never would've gone here had my doctor not required it be Quest.

The Medford Quest facility is a mess. I love the phlebotomist . . . she is the best and I will always sing her praises . . .the clinic is stuck in a POS space in the back of Safeway. It is poorly maintained and ugly for a lab space. The Labcorp facility in Medford is a dream and I would move my lab needs there but I do not want to start their portal from scratch. You can not find an blood draw time opening in the morning in less than a week. Quest - how about opening a new space in Medford and hiring another phlebotomist to help out. Neal Hribar 760-822-8690

this is the 2nd time i've set an appointment only to have there system tell me it couldn't the appointment..Why do they give you a confirmation code and scan all your info....

Quest is an absolute joke. At this point just close the down. Been waiting over an hour for some to hand me a sample kit. Not even getting a f**kng test done and I've wasted my entire morning.

Absolutely horrendous...I do not understand why you cannot give no stars because that is what Quest Diagnostics deserves. The so called technician was rude, short, disrespectful and combative with an attitude. Calling her unprofessional would be an understatement. I refused to allow the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this person to draw my blood. I gave her back exactly what she gave me. Treating a 64 year old senior citizen this way is pathetic and concerning. It was so bad that I am leaving Lake County Health Practice in Mentor. My doctor for over 20 years, Dr. Mark McNaughton deservedly recently retired and Lake County Health Family Practice does not allow another company to do lab work so I am leaving this so called health "care" facility. Why would a health facility use exclusively a horrendous lab that has a 1.7 star rating instead of allowing a competent lab facility to do the testing is beyond me. I am sure in some way money is involved and the patient pays the price. I called my insurance company Aetna and they are doing an investigation. Lake County Family practice was informed and they simply do not care. Some strong advice: Do not use Quest Diagnostics under any circumstances. The reviews and rating speaks for themselves.
