Quest Diagnostic has the easiest website I've used. Ordering your test flows seamlessly into scheduling your appointment and there are plenty of locations. My spot in Brooklyn NY was a little hard to find but that's on the area not them. When traffic and parking made me miss my original 12:40pm slot rescheduling was simple through the text they sent me. The person who drew my blood was friendly and quick. My appointment was at 2:30 in the afternoon and I had a email that my results were ready by 2:18 the following morning. Clear, easy to read and I never had to contact customer service. I will definitely use them again.

The nurse that helped me was very friendly and professional. Everytime I get blood drawn I end up with a big bruise from the needle. This time, there was no bruise or even a dot where the needle was inserted. She really knew what she was doing! Highly recommend.
