I went to Quest Lab to do blood work and had orders from 2 different doctors. Instead of taking the time to look at both orders and not do repeated tests, they do the tests without checking if there are tests rhst are the same for both orders, which was the case. As a result, I got different results for 2 doctors for the same exact tests, which could be very confusing for the patient and make you think that those results are not valid. They're also rude when you go to your appointment. The person that draw my blood left my arm with a hard ugly bruise that hasn't faded yet and I went there 9 days ago.

I had labs drawn on 5/7/26 and I don’t see the results or that they were even drawn on My Quest. My MD received them. I have seen results in the past so I don’t know what changed. I tried to submit this question through the portal and it would not submit. Then I tried to call and hung up after being on hold for 16 minutes. Oy!! This is the worst system now compared to what it was years ago.

Quest much like many only values men’s health………for years each year they send an evaluation to my husband after yearly labs but not me. Got to take care of these men which healthcare exists for. I was “questioned” why I needed a urinalysis.

While inserting the needle was good the retraction allowed blood pool under my skin which left a terrible blood blister. I wonder if this was on purpose. She was not a pleasant person.

There is nothing true about fast results. They don't even provide an estimate date. If you purchase a test, it is not priority whatsoever. When my doctor ordered I got results back next day. Purchase a test out of your own pocket, it’s low priority. There’s other options, please do your homework

Just another medical service company with very poor services. All Quest wonts is your MONEY! Period. No way to call them, no one to answer the phone, no one to talk to if you have a question. I tried to open an account after I used them, I gave them my number to send the code to to get verified. They never would send the code. For 2 days I tried this until they said I tried too many times and kicked me off. Now it wont even let me try to open an account... The people there are great and friendly. I never had a long wait time.

I went to quest as a walk in. There were people coming in with appointments and I was patiently waiting to be called. I waited over an hour and left in disgust. I have used this lab many years and never had any problems. I had tried to schedule a appointment but was not permitted to make an early appointment for a fasting test. I won't be returning.

=The appointment process is just OK. = Check-in is slow becasue there are only 2 kiosks and Quest wants you to rescan the insurance iinfo which takes time because the Medicare and Insurance cards dont read well on their poorly designed card holder. = Phlebotomists and others are friendlt and very skilled. Only bright spot with Quest = The newly "REDESIGNED" website is terrible. They have added new problems to old ones. Designed by 6 year olds. =The help interface is terrible. Designed by 6 year olds. Shame on you! Log-in has sucked from day 1 as you need to do the login at least twice to get in and now you get a long ad telling you how good their system is.When you want schedurled test info, it routes you to make an Appt before you can see date of the test request and other info.I spent 25 minutes trying to get help and the "person" just said goodbye and dropped off the line. Took an additional 25 minutes to get an answer. They don't post the HELP phone number to force you to use this slow broken interface. I get batteries of tests 6 times a year and I am getting really tired of their service. Result processing times have fallen off recently.
