I waited two hours on standby and was told they were closing and could not do my test because they would have to take the time afterwards to process the test. Then they proceeded to take another three people that had appointments. How stupid is that!

Made an appointment to go to Quest on Aliente Pkwy, North Las Vegas, NV to go in at 740am for a fasting complete blood workup and a PSA test. My PCP wanted the complete blood workup and sent the order electronically. My urologist gave me a printed paper order for the PSA. I went in at 740am. Asked the tech if she had both orders. She said she did. She took my blood, only 1 vial. I asked if that was enough, as I usually get 3 vials for a complete blood workup. She said she had what she needed. I got my results online that night. Only the PSA test was done. They completely ignore my PCP's electronically sent order. This is AFTER I reminded the tech that I had 2 different orders from 2 different doctors. She said she understood. Evidently, she didn't. I do not think it is my job after the blood draw to put on the white lab coat and follow my specimen to the lab to make sure they do the ordered tests. Maybe they expected me to go into the lab and do the tests. I do not know if she did not understand the English language, was illiterate or just plain didn't give a crap about the patient. I feel it is the later. It is just a paycheck spend your 8 hours there, get a paycheck, doesn't matter if you do a good job.....bad job.....it's just a job. she would be better off asking "Do you want fries with that Big Max?". She does NOT belong in a health care setting where lives can be effected.

I came to quest without an appointment, when they came out to call clients in, they asked who checked in as a walk in? I said it was me. They said we’re not taking walk ins, I needed to schedule my appointment, I did for 11:10 am the left and returned, while waiting to be called I observed a walk in, I listened to what he was being told, they told him they will work him in??? Is this customer service the quest address was suite 102, 125state rd 7 After this experience I will not be returning here!

Omg I went to quest diagnosis on west Ashely on Charleston South Carolina. They are the worst lab si ever been, so rude! No empathy for no one. The waiting time it’s ridiculous 1:39 minutes and you can not serve 5 patients with 2 people working! Patients waiting with a baby! The lab technicians so rude and brake a patients privacy yelling in front of everyone you need to call your doctors office we don’t had an order so no matter if you took your pill or not you have to come back! (Hello where it’s hippa.. I will report this to the bar of South Carolina, it’s unacceptable! I got there at 8 I left at 9:30 with out my blood work done. Instead of tech screening and complaining in from of everyone, violating my privacy and pretty much every one knowing why I was there she could have done 2 more patients. This occurred at Charleston seat Ashley location address 1941 Savage Rd st 100 G Charleston today Friday the February 13. Please don’t go! Go to lab corp, never had an issue with them. My lawyer will be contacting corporate office regarding this issue

Long waits and overbooked appointments, zero customer service

There isn't much of the options we have, you either assigned to a LabCorp or to a QD by you insurance and they are both suck! A simple blood test can be cost as much as 1500$. I mean what the actual duck? how is this lab billing people monthly incomes for a simple blood test work ? Their website is also suck, I never able to get itemized PDF bill

An hour wait even though I had an appointment to pick up what I needed for samples. Insisted on an appointment just to drop the samples off absolutely ridiculous rude and really don’t care and you wonder why people avoid any type of medical interaction.

Bobby at the Foothill Blvd. location in Upland, CA…eat your breakfast or drink coffee, lady. We don’t like going in for blood draws but at least you’re getting paid! Fix the attitude.
